Nathan William Meyer is a lecturer of academic English, director of the Balkan Writers Project, and serves as a US State Department English Language Fellow.
Having worked as an award-winning photographer and international affairs writer throughout Asia he came to believe education is the fundamental basis for addressing global challenges. Back in the classroom he is a university lecturer, teacher trainer, materials designer, and course developer in Belgrade, Serbia. He is the founding director of the Balkan Writers Project- a regional EFL organization promoting English through creative arts, training for new and future teachers, and peace-building initiatives with cross-border artistic exchanges. Being a committed advocate for international education he is an active keynote speaker and conference presenter.
